Delivery Policy
At Kisan Door Step, we are committed to delivering fresh vegetables, fruits, and groceries directly to your home with precision and care. To maintain our high standards of service and freshness, our delivery operations follow the guidelines outlined below.
1. Serviceable Areas (Society-Based Delivery)
Our delivery services are highly localized and are strictly restricted to specific residential societies that have been onboarded onto the Kisan Door Step platform.
- Checking Availability: During the sign-up process on our app or website, you will be prompted to select your society from a dropdown list.
- Unserviceable Locations: If your society is not listed, it means we do not currently service your area. We are continuously expanding, but we cannot fulfill orders to addresses outside our pre-approved societies in the Pune region.
2. Delivery Charges
- We are pleased to offer Free Delivery (₹0 additional charges) on all orders placed within our serviceable societies. There are no hidden delivery fees or distance-based surcharges.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Timings
To ensure you receive the freshest produce, we operate on a strict next-day morning delivery schedule:
- Order Cutoff: You can place orders throughout the day until our cutoff time of 9:00 PM.
- Processing: All orders received by the cutoff time are processed and packed in the evening, starting at 10:00 PM every day.
- Delivery Schedule: Your order will be delivered to your doorstep the next day morning. (Specific morning delivery slots may be communicated to you via the app or SMS once the delivery route is optimized).
4. Delivery Personnel
- All deliveries are handled by our dedicated, in-house delivery staff. We do not use third-party courier services, ensuring that your groceries are handled with care by trained professionals representing Kisan Door Step.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Customer Unavailability: If you are not at home or unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will immediately contact you via the phone number provided during checkout.
- Resolution: The delivery partner will work with you to find the best possible solution (e.g., leaving the order with a security guard, a neighbor, or at your door, based strictly on your explicit instructions).
6. Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to ensure timely next-day morning deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic congestion, or political unrest in Pune may cause slight delays. In such events, we will make every effort to notify you promptly via the app or SMS regarding the revised delivery estimate.
