This Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy outlines the ownership, permitted use, and protection of the content, software, and branding present on the Kisan Door Step website and mobile application (the "Platform").
This policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of Kisan Door Step (the commercial operator) and Enacute Solutions India Private Limited (the technology provider).
1. Ownership of Platform Technology (Enacute Solutions)
The underlying software infrastructure that powers Kisan Door Step is proprietary technology.
- Sole Ownership: All software code, system architecture, database design, algorithms, user interface layouts, and the "Powered by Enacute Solutions India" branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Enacute Solutions India Private Limited.
- Licensed Content: Any stock imagery, graphics, or third-party digital assets integrated into the foundational design of the Platform have been legally licensed by Enacute Solutions for use on this Platform.
- Strict Prohibition: Users, competitors, and third parties are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, copying, scraping, or attempting to extract the source code or structural design of the Platform.
2. Ownership of Brand and Media (Kisan Door Step)
- Trademarks: The "Kisan Door Step" name, logos, service marks, and brand identity are the exclusive property of Kisan Door Step.
- Original Media: All original photographs of vegetables, fruits, groceries, and operational facilities displayed on the Platform are the exclusive copyrighted property of Kisan Door Step.
- Unauthorized Use: You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any Kisan Door Step branding or product imagery for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kisan Door Step management.
3. User-Generated Content and External Reviews
- No Internal UGC: The Kisan Door Step Platform does not currently support or host internal User-Generated Content (UGC), such as customer-uploaded photos or direct product reviews on the app/website.
- External Reviews: Customers are encouraged to leave feedback on third-party public platforms (such as Google Reviews).
- Protection of Enacute: Enacute Solutions India Private Limited acts strictly as a backend technology provider. Any external reviews, public commentary, or grievances related to the quality of groceries, delivery times, or customer service must be directed solely at Kisan Door Step. Enacute Solutions explicitly disclaims any association with or liability for the operational service reviews of Kisan Door Step.
4. Copyright Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately.
To file a takedown request, you must provide a written communication containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its specific location on the Platform (e.g., a URL or screenshot).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Kisan Door Step (in coordination with Enacute Solutions, if technical removal is required) will take immediate action to investigate and remove the infringing material.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform.
